AKR's Art Classes was started in February, 2001 by Ashok Kumar R in Bangalore. It is an organization dedicated to providing training in various art disciplines including - drawing, painting (oil and water color), calligraphy. Students also participate in Mysore and Tanjore style painting and recopy the paintings of old Masters.
Summary:
He has graduated from the College of Fine Arts, Chitrkala Parishat, Bangalore in 1995 and studied graphics in post graduation.
He started conducting art classes in 1999 and he currently teach classes at Sadashivnagar and other group classes at various locations in Bangalore.

Students
Our students at the AKR's Art Classes come from all backgrounds. They also include all age groups, from children above 5 years. We attempt to reveal the hidden talent of our students who don't have the time or are unable to attend classes at a formal college. We reach out to working professionals, house wives, and children who are interested in exploring and improving their artistic skills. Students can also take examinations. |
