Delivery Performance
Ananda Technologies in its endeavor to give on time delivery to its customers, continuously monitors delivery performance and have consistently achieved above 98% efficiency in delivery against schedules. Our delivery planning is capable of handling Kanban or Two bin stock replenishment systems.

Sub Contracting
Sub contracting forms 60% of our Business. Sub contracting includes the following activities.
Sub assembly of Electrical Wiring Harnesses.
Sub Assembly of Mechanical Connectors.
Sub assembly of Tubing for Water Purifiers.
Individual product Packing of key spares.
High-pressure inspection for plumbing materials.
Costing of Sub assembly charges are done on the basis of time study of assembly procedures and Labour charges calculated.

Our Inspection is the evaluation of the quality of some characteristics in relation to a reference value. Quality and Inspection go hand in hand. Inspection was a part of our past and will also be a part of our future.
There are several categories of inspection used in our firm:
Visual inspection:
Appearance surface characteristics, size, colour, scratches, dents, shades and etc. are observed.
Physical or dimensional measurements:
All the dimensions of Mechanical as well as Electrical assemblies are checked as per the specification.
Testing (Functional Inspection):
Mechanical: Mechanical strength, material properties and etc.
Electrical:
Functional Inspection for every assemblies, continuity Test and etc.
Main objective of our inspection is to meet customer requirements in all respects. In case of in process inspection, the objective is to get consistent output & to prevent defective product flowing down in the successive operation and prevent loss of yield. In many cases, some characteristics will be inspected at the intermediate or sub-assembly stages.
Inspection will be done at a process stage to detect defects. Naturally, final inspection will be required in order to meet customer demands. Optimal inspection points are where critical criteria will be inspected without investing more into product.
Human independent or automated systems will be used in order to avoid subjectivity and gain productivity. Inspection results will not be judgmental.
Inspection will be performed at the source of operation in order to provide immediate feedback for corrective actions. Priorities will be set to perform receiving inspection, in process inspection or final inspection.
Inspection will be performed according to the established criteria and specification. If something obvious is observed, it will not be neglected.
Only well-trained and competable persons will be authorized to perform inspection function. All responsible persons understand inspection requirements. The details of results will be recorded in the prescribed format in the respective format.
