Band Box was established in Bangalore in 1968 by Mr.P.Gopi Rathnam. Commencing business with a single showroom in Brigade Road, Band Box is now the largest power laundry in Karnataka having a network of 14 showroms including franchised outlets and employing over 100 workers. Services offered:
Cleaning: Dry Cleaning and Laundering
Dyeing : Cotton, Silk and Woollen garments including Sarees, Jeans, Shirts and Dupattas
Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning : The company offers on the spot cleaning of carpets, rugs and dhurries at the customer's premises. Also undertaken are cleaning of sofa upholstery, car seat covers, etc. also at customers premises.
Export Cleaning: The company undertakes garment washing and finishing as per exporters and whole sale manufacturers requirements.
Ancillary services include Darning of customer garments and minor stitching and alterations.
Future Plans:
Expansion of services to include door delivery and collection of customer garments.
