B.S.Associates, aged 38 years, and practising at Bangalore since the year 1989 having enrolled on 06.07.1989 (Enrolment No.568/89 KAR). He is having independent practise with chambers (fully equipped one with library etc.,) and juniors to assist him in his practice.
He is having handled and fully conversant with all types of Civil matters like matters related to Property, Land Acquisitions, Money Claims, Eviction Matters, Injunction Suits, Suits for Declaration, Specific Performance, Trade Mark Matters, etc.
He is fully conversant in matters relating to Property Registration, Preparation of all types of Deed and Documents and in Handling all connected issues arising thereof.
He is having practise before the High Court and have handled all sort of matters including, Civil Appeals, Revision Petition, Writ Petition, Writ Appeals, Criminal Petitions, Criminal Revision Petitions and Appeal etc. also conversant with company matters.
And having a number of cases pertaining to dishonour of cheques before the criminal courts of law and fully conversant in handling related matters pertaining to the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act. |
