Started in Oct 1997 by Vandana Parthasarathy, we are today an eight member strong team servicing the needs of over 100 corporate clients in both IT & non-IT related fields. Headquartered in Bangalore, we have an office in the US and have plans of starting offices in other parts of India shortly.

Vandana Parthasarathy
A Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Administration, Vandana has over 20 years of rich and varied experience in different support functions (Sales & Marketing, Invoicing, Purchase, Accounting, etc.) with over 12 years in the field of Human Resources. She has worked with companies like HCL, Birla 3M, Wipro Infotech, IMR, Microland and GPS Usha. As principal consultant of Credence, she has seen to it that Credence has created a niche for itself in today’s highly competitive market of manpower consultancy.
