Career Spot has a dependable database of various skills with a well-defined process of updating this database. We track the movements of various personnel in the Industry and update the data bank. We also source profiles through Advertisement and Head.

Validation

Candidates profiles are checked to establish their technical skills, experience and personal qualities on paper. We validate the profile by the academic background of the candidate, the company they work for, their experience profile in terms of roles, responsibilities, skills and accomplishments. Candidates who match the requirements are called for personal evaluation

Personal

Candidates are met in person by a representative of our team to validate and verify the profile. We also employ Technical Question Banks in some cases to test their fundamental technical skills. However, these are not in-depth technical interviews.
