We have a compliment of highly experienced and qualified managers and security professionals, during the last few years the company has grown by leaps and bounds. Our strength lies in proper supervision of Security guards and regular patrolling of our assignment both by day and night.

DARE SECURITY FORCE carriers out training at basic, refresher and specialised levels. New entrants are put through basic training schedules and are then given on going specialized training on site until the security guard is competent to deal with specified client needs. The older staff is put through refresher training at regular intervals. Specialised training and supervisory training is imparted on as required basis.

Apart from providing fully trained uniformed security guards, armed guards and lady guards, we also have our presence in the field of security survey and audits and security cover for special events.

Our Services

AIMS : to relieve the management of stress and strain of security administration and save their valuable time.

SELECTION AND TRAINING OF PERSONNEL : Ex-serviceman and civilians with aptitude / NCC training with verification are selected and then trained in Security Duties including fire fighting and First Aid.

ROTATING OF PERSONNEL : Security Personnel are periodically rotated to ensure a more dynamic security. Further, any individual disapproved by the client is replaced with 24 hours.

DRESS / UNIFORM : It is ensured that the security staff smartly turned out at all times and all items consisting of 16 items of summer and winter uniform, for e.g., Shirts, Trousers, Caps, Belt, Shoe, Socks, Sweater, Long Coat, Lineyard, etc. are all provided by us.

INSPECTION / CHECKS : Day as well as night inspections / checks are periodically carried out by our staff to ensure proper performance of duty by Security Personnel.

STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS :We meet all statutory obligations, which are applicable to us. ESI & PF as applicable to our Security Personnel.

Terms & Conditions :

PERIOD OF AGREEMENT : Initially the agreement is for a period of one year.

RATE / CHARGES : Our professional charges tare to be paid by the 7th of every month for the services rendered in the preceding month at the following rates. The rates are inclusive of ESI, Uniforms, Batons, Torches and Raincoats, etc.
