Utmost care is taken in recruitment of our personnel. We have our own prescribed standards as regards education, age, physical fitness and their background etc. All employees are subjected to vigorous veiling. We have an antecedents verification cell of our own which is solely responsible for verification and background checks. Apart from our own internal checking system, our employees are also subjected to police verification before posting them at our clients premises.
Training of our Staff
We have our own In House Training Department which imparts both theoritical as well as physical and practical training to all our Personnel in the areas of Industrial Security, Safety, Fire prevention, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Rescue Operations, Self Defence, use and maintenance of Security, Safety and Fire Fighting equipments etc. Imparting training and skill upgradation is an ongoing process which keeps our employees fully equipped with the latest developments in the profession.
Supervision And Control
The hall mark of our success is proper control and supervision. In order to provide quality service to our clients we realise the importance of close and constant supervision. Therefore, we maintain a large and strong Operational Team of Operations Managers. Field Officers and Patrolling Supervisors at all our establishments, who constantly and regularly visit our clients premises to monitor the working of our staff and also liaise with the clients and attend to their grievances if any, most expeditiously.
We have a 24 Hrs. Control Room manned by senior and competent officers to provide any help and assistance to our clients as well as to our Security Personnel.
Our Control Room is fully equipped with modern communication systems and all our operational people are provided with cell phones and vehicles for proper communication and quick mobility.

Mr. R.S.Saini is the founder Chairman and Managing Director of the company.
He is a Graduate in Economics, Graduate in Law and a Post Graduate in
Personnel Management. He is an Ex-serviceman from Indian Naval Police
Service.
He has also worked in large/multinational organizations like Pfizer, Boots, Crompton Greaves and Philips India, etc. in Senior Executive Positions in HR and Administration functions including security and safety.
He has undergone specialized training in Industrial Security, Safety, Fire Fighting, First-Aid, Rescue operations, Civil Defence and Investigation and Detection etc both from India and Abroad.
He is an Internationally acclaimed sleuthing expert having solved many difficult National and International cases.
