The company started its activity as a Proprietory concern with Mr.P.K.Ramesh Proprietor, who by profession is an Engineer, and takes care of the entire activity of the Organisation. Later, the company changed its constitution as partnership concern and he operates as Managing Partner of the company.

The activity of the company started in a rental shed and continued till 1994. Then company moved into its own and newly constructed building at Gubbanna Industrial Estate, 6th Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010.

Right from the beginning the company stressed on quality and service. This has helped the organisation to grow at a faster rate. Today the company is recognised as one of the leading manufacturers and marketers of Solar Water Heaters in the country. There will be no compromise on quality. Also the company manufacturers and markets solar Photo-Voltaic Systems, Such as Solar Lanterns, Solar Home Lighting System (D.C.Wiring), Solar Power Pack (A.C.Wiring) and Solar Street lights of different models under brand name of Vaishnavi.

In the initial stages the company had one skilled, three semi-skilled workers. Today the organisation has in its fold nine personnels, out of which, two are Engineers, who looks after projects, two 15 years experienced fitters, one experienced S.S.Welder, and four semi skilled workers to assist the production.

In the first year of operation the company did a turn-over of six lakhs. In the third year the turn-over was more than three times of the second year. And so on the turn-over is increasing.
