The lens of an Erehwon Research is the exploratory, curiosity driven intuitive one. This differs from the conventional diagnostic of 'objective probing, data collection and analysis'. As a result, the findings are unique, enlightening and inspirational. They can be leveraged for immediate business and organization benefit.
Our Projects
Trans-world collaboration
The word 'team' means working together, working together in the same location. The IT boom of the 90s decimated this thought. People now had to work in teams across the globe, across cultures.
What impact did this new way of team working have on those who were part of it? We studied 30 global software projects in the US, Europe, Japan, Singapore and India to figure this out.
The Challenger Research-Innovation India
We realized that the challenger ideology had come of age in India. However, in our inquiries, we found that mostly only large multinational corporations were being cited as examples. They seemed to inspire awe and reverence. Seldom was any Indian company spoken of in the same breath.
It is in our quest to uncover such challengers in India that the 'Indian Challenger Research' project in partnership with the Marico Innovation Foundation was conceived. We chose to identify Quantum Growth Missions that succeeded against heavy odds. Success - especially such successes - is not merely an attractive billboard. It serves as a landmark that tells us where we are and where we must go. We, therefore, drew insights from 18 exceptional cases, from a wide range of domains.
