Selection Process
In our endeavor to find perfect candidates and offer candidates a good career opportunity based on past achievements and demonstrated potential we have a rigorous selection process which can be adapted to selection at various levels. Points mentioned below are general in nature and selection is normally customised for every position. Services of behavioral science experts and domain experts are also used.
On receipt of requirement from our clients, potential candidates from our database and respondents to our advertisements are short listed.
After a pre-screening, candidates are personally interviewed to find candidates matching client needs and organisation. Aptitude tests/Administrative tests are common for fresh candidates.
Short listed candidates are screened for work achievements, salary, background, and their documents verified. Resumes are then sent to the client.
Interviews with the client organisation is normally the next step. Usually 2-5 candidates are proposed. Interviews can be held at clients place, our office or any other mutually agreed location.
