Automation of vehicles is the latest thing added in the year 2002. Fitted more than 120 auto clutches, which helps one to drive without using the clutch but has to shift gears. This makes the car semi automatic where in, you get the pleasure of the driving a manual car with the convenience of an automatic. This system was initially imported from Korea but now R&D set up in Pune under the name of AUTO-MATE, has started manufacturing the system with most Indian components and incorporated more features into the same.
The new products to be introduces in a couple of months are the Auto clutch for the trucks and Buses. Products under development to hit the market in about 6 to 8 months are Automated Manual Transmission and the security system that is GPS aided.
The company is headed by Ramdas Pai who is the president and is assisted by 5 personals at present. |
