Kiran was articled with Lovelock and Lewes (now price water Coopers) and subsequently worked with Eskayef Limited (now Elaxo Smithkline) before commencing private practice.

Sathya was with Shankarnath & Co and after qualifying, worked with Eskayef Limited before joining with Kiran in setting up NCA.

In the year 1997, the partners of NCA joined with the partners of M/s. Raghavan, Chaudhuri & Narayanan with the following partners:

Ashok and N.C. Sundara Raghavan are a spin off from NCR & Co, a leading southern based tax and audit practice.

Mr Sundara Raghavan has an extensive tax knowledge and he has written several books in various subjects matters.

Ashok brings an excellent working knowledge of Income Tax and Audit to the partnership. He has held many offices in the ICAI including that of the president of the Bangalore Branch.
