Our services include Air booking, both Domestic and International, Train Booking, Bus Booking, Car Rentals etc. and Government recognised package tours. We also undertake Passport formalities and Visa procedures. Our group of well trained and qualified personnel will schedule all your travel plans in the most efficient way possible. We undertake to arrange hotel bookings, conference hall bookings of any size and nature, package tours and group tours both domestic and international. To add value to our services, we excel in personalised group packages to suit the particular needs of the group both within India and overseas too. International or Indian customers who need study tours, health related tours or tours on technical or any other subjects are also undertaken by us.
Service Charges
Our service charges are most reasonable being Rs.40/- per ticket per head for train tickets (without different in class of booking). Rates for all other facilities would be quoted as and when required. Cancellation charges include Railway cancellation charges along-with our service charges. If bookings are in bulk or on regular basis, a discount of Rs.5/- to Rs.10/- per ticket depending on the volume would be extended to you. Rates / schedule for Air travel / tickets would be quoted on requirement of the same. We will also deliver the tickets to your premises without any extra charges.
Procedures
We request you to kindly give us these bookings in advance to make your journey pleasant. All tickets will be booked on availability basis. To give prompt service, please intimate the department and name of person if possible, for any clarifications and payments.
Delivery of Tickets
Tickets will be delivered at your door step and on the urgency of bookings or two days after bookings, whichever is applicable.
