Philips Motor Driving School was established in the year 1985 by Mr.Francis Thomas as a sole proprietorship company. They provide Motor Driving Training, Driving License and LLR. Road safety is not only the main object of the motor vehicles department, but due to a continuous increase in number of road accidents causing loss of human life, national economy and public environment, it has turned out to be a national object. An accident never happens, it causes. Of road accidents as suggested by several research studies are driver, road condition and vehicle condition. Out of these, mainly the driver is responsible for a large number of road accidents. Practical analysis of road accidents suggest that three-overs are mainly responsible for road accidents-
