Clinical

We have Independent out-patient consultation 4 days in a week, catering to more than 200 patients per week, Specially in area of Glaucoma, Squint, Cataract, Contact lense, Lacvimal sac and pediatric Ophthalmology

Surgical

We have Independent surgeries two days of a week. Anterior segments including Cataract (Phacoemulsification with foldable lens), Squint, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthamology.

Teaching

We have regular lecture and clinical demonstration in general opthalmology and ocular disease for BS Optometry BITS PILANI and ONA. We provide lecture on Squint, Glaucoma, contact lenses and Pediatric Opthalmology for Diploma in Opthalmology, Diplomate of National Board and Examination and fellowship by Royal College of Surgeons.

The cilinic have been fully equipped for detail eye checkup. We provide detail SQUINT-DIAGNOSIS and treatment facilities availableand we do Diabetic screening. GLAUCOMA diagnosis with Applantion Tonometewr from Japan for accurate eye pressure measurement. we provide Contact lenses clinic and glass dispensing, fully computerzised records of the patients.

Operation Theatre

PROTEGE PHACOEMULSIFICATION machine from USA for cataract surgery through a 2.8mm opening with foldable lens implantation. We also have 'TAKAGI' an operating microscope from japan for all types of microsugery. We aloshave AXIS II 'A'scan from FRANCE for accurate intraocular lens power calculation.

Profile

Dr.Sriram was trained in Squint, Glaucima and Cataract at Shankara Netralaya, Chennai and worked there for seven years as a specialist Consultant in the department of Squint, Glaucima and Cataract. He has performed more than 7000 surgeries, apart from Squint, Glaucima and 3000 cataract surgeries by the Phacoemulsifaction technique with foldable lens implantation.
