R.N.Enterprises, establised in the year 1989 as a partnership firm headed by Managing Partner Mr.Srikanti Kumar Bhora. Our company is a plastic industry primarily engaged in the manufacturing of disposable containers made out of high impact polystyrene. Our company have in-house facility to manufacture sheet to printing of cups. We have a floor space of 7000 sq.ft. and have following machineries for the manufacturing activities:
- Co-Extrusion Sheet Manufacturing machine, supplied by Rajoo Engineers Ltd., Rajkot, India.
- Three Nos of high pressure thermoforming machines.
- Three Nos. of fully automatic dry offset printing machine.
- More than 50 number of workers and staff.
Our company have a stock capacity of 12 lakhs cups per day.
The details of the machineries are as follows:
Dispocon Thermoformers are exceptionally sturdy, durable and low maintenance machines which have earned customers continued confidence with all repeat orders. Dispocon thermoformers are now firmly established as industries most energy efficient and least vibrating plug-assist thermoformers with in-mould cutting.
Dispocon series thermoformers were developed specifically to meet highly competitive market demands in order to reduce energy consumption, greater ease of operation, lower maintenance cost, high quality output with practically zero down time.
The sheet transport unit is maintenance free incorporating duplex sprockets with spiked chain and is driven by a geared motor for initial loading of the sheet. The feed length is manually adjusted through a rocker arm, which is controlled by a cam or digital controller.
The guide rails are water cooled and can be manually adjusted to required sheet width.
The forming station is fabricated from heavy duty steel plates and is stress relieved. It consists of a stationary upper platen and a cam operated lower platen. The cam is operated by means of a geared motor with vector controlled variable speed AC drive.
The latest addition to Dispocon range of thermoformers is a hydraulic thermoformer specially developed for PP containers. These thermoformers are capable of exerting very high cutting force required for PP, without the use of cams and clutches; thus eliminating frequent maintenance. |
