SLV Plastics established in 1997 and started its component manufacturing unit in Peenya with a support of local customer like BPL, IFB, Grindwel, Nortan, BHEL, WIDIA, GE Power Controls, Molex & Siemens, etc.

SLV Plastics has a another product unit same in Peenya named as Venlak Polymers. Both unit running supported with a good tool-room facility and micro processor plastic injection moulding machine with a capacity rnaging from 2 grams - 300 grams.

SLBV Plastics is one of the Commercial Tool Room, Components manufacturing industry in India to serving the needs of Indian Engineering Industries meeting the highest requirement of quality levels.

Our main activities are as follows:

  • Design and manufacture of Precision Press Tools, Injection Moulds, Blow Moulds, Diecasting Dies, Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges.

  • Manufacture of Injection / Blow Moulded parts, Moulds, Fixtures and Press Tools, etc.

    Both of our manufacturing units located at Peenya, are going to certify for ISO 9001 and 9002.

    SLV Plastics is equipped with the state-of-the-art machines for manufacture of High precision tools, which is an essential. Pre-requisite to manufacture quality products.

  • Component Manufacturing
    SLV Plastics has in-house facilities for manufacture of Plastic components, with the latest Moulding Machines at Peenya, supply of precision plastic components is catered to a variety of industries, as per customer supplied design also.

  • Product Development
    SLV Plastics has developed wide range of sub-assembly products to M/s.MOLEX for meter reading.

    Raw Material Information

    Engineering Plastics, both natural and reinforced / filled resins, such as Polyacetals, Polycarbonate, Polyamides, Acrylic, Noryli, ABS and Thermoset resins such as Urea Formaldehyde , Phenolics, Epoxy, Polyester, Melamine, etc., are processed in the moulding shop.

    Strips of CRCA, Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Phosphor, Bronze, etc., are used in the Press Shop.
