Our company was started in the year June 2002 by Mr.Kishore Kumar as a partnership firm consist of 6 partners namely Mr.S. Pannaraj, Mr.A. Rudragoud, Mr.Hiremath Shantesh, Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, Mr.L.Prabhudev, and Mr.G.M.Govind. All the partners have completed chartered accountancy and have good experience in this field.

Mr.S.Pannaraj
He is currently the senior most and partner in charge of Bellary Branch of the firm. He is the guiding force of the team of the firm with his varied experience of over 16 years in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and management consultancy.

Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1987.
B.Sc., from Karnataka University.
Professional / Social Activities
He is a Member of the Taxation Committee of FKCCI
He is a Member of the IT Committee of SIRC
Speaker / Chairman at various seminars, meetings, lectures, workshops held by SIRC of ICAI, Study Circles and various other organisations.
He also holds various posts in innumerable educational and charitable trusts.
Mr.A.Rudragoud
He is one of the senior partner, since he has worked in various Public Limited Companies like Hatti Gold Mines Ltd., Spun Silks Ltd., Indian Telephone Industries, etc., in the various capacities and has acquired vast practical experience. At present he is a Associate Vice President, Finance and Accounts in Nandi Infrastructure Coridor Enterprise Limited. He will be a guiding force with his varied experience of over 17 years in the field of accounting, taxation and management Information Systems and Financial Consultancy.

Mr.Hiremath Shantesh
He is a senior partner in charge of Gulbarga Branch of the firm. He is the guiding force of the Gulbarga branch and is contributing in all respects with his vast and varied experience of over 15 years in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and management and financial consultancy.

Mr.R.Kishore Kumar
He is partner in charge of Head Office at bangalore. He is in practice for the past 15 years and experienced in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation, company law matters and management consultancy.

Mr.L.Prabhudev
He is partner in charge of Audit assignments at Head office. He is in practice for the past 13 years and experienced in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation, company law matters, financial consultancy and management consultancy. He has also served as a lecturer in few reputed colleges.

Mr.G.M.Govind
