Mr.Devaraj is a Post Graduate Civil Engineering Consultant and Chartered Engineer registered with Fellow of Institution of Valuers (India), and is due to receive registration with Department of Income Tax shortly apart from being Post graduate Structural Engineer under Civil Engineering stream.
He has over 14 years of experience in the area of Executing, monitoring, Designing, Contractual Obligations, Tendering, Preparation of feasibility reports, etc. Further he is skilled in following IS standards and job specifications, Co-ordinating with clients consultants, architects and concerned Government authorities, preparation of MIS reports, Budget, Status reports, Planning etc., He is highly self motivated and team man.
Also he has worked under Valuers of repute for nearly five years and started practicing as valuer on his own since last 4 years after having got registered with Fellow of Institution of Valuers. For last 3 years he has been doing valuations for banks namely Abhu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, and other banks where empanelment is not the criteria. Meanwhile his empanelment is in process with some of the Nationalised banks/MNC's and due to be received shortly.
Apart from the above, he has good connections with Bangalore City Corporation (BMP), Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), City Municipal Corporation (CMC), Sub-Registrar Offices, for obtaining services for Property related papers.
