S.R. And M.R.Associates has two partners in its constitution and offers professional services in the areas of audits, taxation and other professional consultancy in the following areas:
- Income Tax Consultancy and Representation with regard to companies, firms, individuals, trusts and other local bodies.
- Sales Tax Consultancy and representation with regard to companies, firms, individuals, trusts and other local bodies.
- Maintaining of Statutory Records and Consultancy in case of companies with regard to company law matters.
- Preparation of project reports and CMA Data for companies and firms.
- Maintenance and verification of employee related records. (Payroll Processing and pay calculations).
- Introduction and Implementation of Internal Control System among various organizations.
There are 12 employees working in the firm out of which 2 are administrative staff and remaining are audit staff.

S.R.Raghunatha
He qualified B.Com. and F.C.A. in the year 1996 and has started his practice in the same year and became Fellow of the Institute in August 2001. He practices in the areas of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Company Law matters and Labour related laws.
M.R.Venkatesh Babu
He qualified B.Com and F.C.A in the year 1997 and started his practice in the year 1998. He practices in the areas of Internal Audit and Statutory Audit of Companies, Firms & Trusts along-with the consultancy in the areas of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Company Law Matters and other labour related laws.
