Increasingly, India has gained mileage for attractiveness of both its domestic and export markets. Availability of low cost ertail credit is boosting domestic consumption, and aided by good monsoons, GDP growth is likely to exceed 7 percent. Increasingly awareness of India as an exporter of quality products and services is sutaining the export story. Indian corporates have also been attractively viewed in terms of transparency in practices, improving corporate governance and erstructured balance sheets.
